1. Returns and Refunds Policy
We issue refunds for digital products within 7 days of the original purchase of the product.
Physical goods must meet the criteria of the OEM in order to qualify for a refund of any kind, to be determined by them exclusively.
We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.
2. Cancellation Period / Timeframe
2.1 Digital Products: Micrographics will issue a refund within 7 days of the original purchase of the product, 7 days calculated from issuing the digital license email to the customer.
2.2 Physical Products: Physical goods must meet the criteria of the OEM and/or CPA in order to qualify for a refund of any kind, to be determined by them and the ACT exclusively. We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.
3. Shipping & Packing Costs
3.1 Micrographics uses a network of courier services depending on the nature of the goods being transported. Charges for the transportation of goods in South Africa are either included in pricing of the goods (such as HP Plotters) or quoted separately in the case of PC Hardware.
3.2 Digital products do not carry a transportation charge, as licenses are emailed directly to the customer with links to download the software, however, should physical media be required for digital products, this, along with the transportation costs, will be charged for separately, with charges varying based on destination.
4. Delivery Charge on Returning Goods
4.1 All courier / transportation costs for returning items will be borne by the customer in entirety, unless the OEM is prepared to carry the costs of such transportation. Any relaxation offered from OEMs will be passed along to the customer at no charge.
5. Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Goods
5.1 Physical goods: DOA hardware transported by Micrographics or its nominated courier will be returned to Micrographics, for Micrographics’ account, and the customer remains free of any liability. Should the customer arrange their own transport / courier, the goods are deemed to have been delivered in good working order once received by said transport / courier, and Micrographics becomes exonerated from any further liability whatsoever.
6. Products Returned Exceeding the Cancellation Period
6.1 Micrographics cannot guarantee the successful return of any goods beyond those stated in clause 2, however, we will make every effort on the customer’s behalf to arrange for further relaxation from any OEM from which the equipment or digital goods originated.
6.2 OEM handling fees will apply if necessary, which will be for the customer account.
6.3 Should Micrographics incur any cost facilitating this process, these costs will also be passed on directly to the customer.

8. Policy on returning goods
Refund requests for damaged or non-damaged goods returned in line with the above policies will be made in line with the above clauses. Failure to report damaged goods or log a return of any unwanted goods within the above stated timeframe will result in any refund requests being dismissed in entirety.
